Refund Policy

PURCHASES MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Applicable manuals, paperwork, parts, and accessories must accompany the return.

Items that have been assembled may incur a restocking/handling charge of up to 20%.

If the item or items require our trucks for pickup, an additional charge will apply.

Online shipped orders must be returned at your expense if the product is not damaged from the factory and/or courier. If it is damaged, we will gladly discuss a shipping arrangement with you.

Original delivery, assembly, freight, and shipping charges are not refundable.

Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon receipt of the product.

The original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, will be refunded using the original method of payment.

Customers who paid by cash will be refunded by company cheque within 10 days, less original delivery, assembly, freight, shipping, restocking fees, and any handling charges.

If you wish to exchange for a different item, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Special order or custom-manufactured items are non-refundable.
